Fiery JobFlow: MJM (Mime JMF) File Support​

Fiery JobFlow supports MJM (Mime JMF) files, enhancing workflows that require manipulation of JDF tickets and associated PDF files.

Benefits of MJM Files​

MJM files offer the following advantages:

  • Contain both the JDF ticket and PDF file(s)
  • Enable seamless integration with Fiery JobFlow workflows

Workflow with MJM Files​

When an MJM file is submitted to a Fiery JobFlow workflow, the following steps occur:

  1. JobFlow automatically extracts the JDF ticket and PDF file(s) in the JobFlow Vault
  2. Users can manipulate the JDF ticket and/or PDF using available tools in JobFlow
  3. If the workflow output is a JDF-enabled Fiery, JobFlow automatically creates a new MJM file and submits it via JMF to the Fiery
  4. The Fiery reports back to the JDF emitter
